MEFL is a growing organisation, so recently we refitted our office to make more room. We’ve almost doubled the number of workstations in the office by using the available space more efficiently. In the process we managed to create an extra meeting room and improve the office ergonomics with adjustable standing desks.
We installed new computer cabling and created some ‘hot desks’ to provide better accommodation for the volunteers, interns and students who work in our office. Our discarded office furniture found a new home at the Brunswick Business Incubator, so it didn’t go to waste.
Visitors to the office will notice that the entrance has moved – it’s now the first door at the top of the stairs. With a new paint-job and lots of new plants, the office is a pleasant and efficient place to get things done!
