Our focus is to continue building a consistently high performing, skilled and flexible team whilst delivering the high quality work that we have become nationally recognised for.
One of the new roles is an opportunity for a Customer Care Centre Coordinator to join our Zero Carbon Services team to lead MEFL’s Customer Care Centre team to ensure it meets the needs of all MEFL programs, whilst ensuring the customer journey is understood and managed according to each project’s delivery goals.
Reporting to the Manager, Zero Carbon Services and working collaboratively alongside the Zero Carbon Services Team and other teams to deliver energy services, you will utilise your team coordination and planning skills, project management and technical expertise to ensure that the team delivers excellent customer service for all of MEFL’s programs.
The key challenges and complexities of this role include working across several teams with competing priorities, prioritising smart workforce planning by resourcing for peak and non-peak times, and working in a matrix model on multiple projects. As a Not for Profit MEFL has limited resources and so a ‘hands-on’ approach is often needed.
This position will be based in our office in Brunswick, Melbourne.
