MEFL has developed a Municipal Energy Consumption Tool for NAGA to build a municipal energy use profile. It provides a profile of energy use by suburb for households and business across the municipality. Year to year comparisons can show changing patterns of energy use for households and on a per capita basis. Business and industry energy use and trends over time and place can also be viewed through the tool.

Delivering Clean Energy Solutions (DCES) is a community bulk buy program offering energy efficient, high quality and cost effective clean energy solutions for your home.

During 2011, DCES will facilitate the purchase and installation of clean energy solutions for 1,000 homes across northern metropolitan Melbourne, with the aim to save residents money and reduce greenhouse pollution.
