Volunteer with MEFL

Volunteering with MEFL is an opportunity to learn and contribute to  the environmental movement in Moreland, and also in Australia. As a non-profit community based organisation, the support of our volunteers is crucial.

Volunteering is a great opportunity to gain work experience and to use your skills. We seek people for administration tasks, mail-outs, project research, community outreach and events. We are flexible with hours and appreciate any time you are willing to contribute.

We believe the very best volunteer involvement is equally beneficial to the individuals volunteering and the organisation. MEFL relies on the energy, skills, expertise, ideas and time provided by our invaluable volunteer staff. We aim to provide an atmosphere where volunteering will benefit you in areas of personal growth and professional learning.

If you would like to volunteer with us please fill out this registration form or contact us for more information.

If you love where you live it’s time to get involved...

And we want you to join us!

Volunteers will receive free training on the Zero Carbon Moreland campaign, as well as actions to reduce household greenhouse gas pollution. There is a wide range of volunteer opportunities with us, including organising our monthly social nights, assisting other participants with their carbon footprints or simply lending a hand in our Brunswick office.
